At Discover Me Candles, every candle is hand-poured with care, and every tarot service is delivered with intention. We want you to feel confident in your purchase and delighted with your experience. While we stand by the quality of our products and services, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Candles & Ritual Products
Due to the handmade nature of our candles, slight variations in color, fragrance, or appearance are natural and not considered defects.
We do not accept returns on candles that have been used, burned, or otherwise altered after delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist quickly.
Eligible items will be replaced at no cost or refunded to your original payment method.
2. Tarot Readings & Services
All tarot readings and spiritual guidance services are non-refundable once completed, as they are personalized to you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We cannot guarantee refunds for cancellations made after this window.
If we are unable to deliver your reading due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will provide the option of a full refund or rescheduling.
3. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier.
If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier and finding a resolution.
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier office.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you received a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps above for a replacement or refund.
5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at roger@discovermecandles.com with the following:
Your order number.
A clear description of the issue.
Photos of the item and packaging (if damaged).
We will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.

Our goal is not just to provide candles or readings, but to create meaningful experiences that bring light and clarity into your life. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out. We will always do our best to resolve the issue with fairness and care.
