At Discover Me Candles, transparency and trust guide everything we do — these policies explain how we honor that.
Every Discover Me Candle is hand-poured with care, packaged with intention, and prepared to reach you safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders so you know exactly what to expect.
1. Processing Times
All candle orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tarot readings and digital services will be delivered within the timeframe stated in the service description.
During periods of high demand — such as launches, holidays, or special promotions — processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard U.S. shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after processing.
At this time, we ship only within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.
3. Carriers
We primarily ship orders through USPS and UPS. The carrier is chosen automatically at checkout based on the most efficient delivery option.
4. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking information will be included so you can monitor your package’s journey to your doorstep.
5. Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
Eligible items will be replaced or refunded at no cost.
We are not liable for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.
6. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, or your local carrier office.
For lost or significantly delayed packages, contact us at roger@discovermecandles.com. While we cannot guarantee replacement of lost items, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once shipped. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges to resend.
8. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier backlogs, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these cases.
