Where I differ from other readers is in the ritual. A tarot session with me doesn’t end when the cards are put away. You have the option to pair your reading with a Discover Me Candle, which I will light during our time together. That same candle will then be sent to you, carrying the energy and intention of your session so you can continue the ritual at home. Many Embers tell me this is their favorite part — the flame becomes a reminder and a tool they return to again and again.
I also provide mantras or journaling prompts after certain sessions, so you’re not left wondering what to do with the insight you’ve received. You’ll always leave with something tangible to carry forward — whether that’s a mantra to repeat each morning, a candle to burn in your own ritual, or even a keepsake card in the mail if you choose The Ember’s Whisper.

Coming to tarot with an open mind and clear intentions will make your experience more meaningful. Here’s everything you need to know before your session so you feel comfortable, supported, and ready to receive the most from your time.

Each Ember has a different comfort level. That’s why I offer several ways to connect:
Live (Zoom, phone, or in person): Best if you want real-time conversation, the ability to ask questions as they arise, and a more interactive flow. If this is your first reading, live is often a great choice.
Written (Branded PDF): Best if you prefer something polished and tangible you can return to again and again. Perfect for those who like to reflect quietly or revisit the guidance over time.
The Ember’s Whisper (mailed single card): Best if you’re introverted or drawn to something discreet and keepsake-worthy. This is a gentle option when you want quiet guidance without a full session.

Tarot works best when your questions are open-ended and invite exploration, not just yes/no answers. For example:
Instead of: “Will I get this job?”
Try: “What can I focus on to strengthen my path toward career success?”Instead of: “Does this person love me?”

If you’re unsure, don’t worry. I’ll guide you to refine your question before we begin. And if you’d like general guidance without a specific question, we can allow the cards to speak to what you most need in the moment.

For Live Sessions: You don’t need to share your question ahead of time. We’ll explore it together in real time.
For Written or Audio Sessions: I will ask for your main question(s) in advance so I can focus the reading specifically on your needs. You may share as much or as little detail as you feel comfortable with.
I may also ask for your name, pronouns, and (if you wish) your birthdate — not for astrology, but because many Embers find it meaningful to ground the session with that personal detail.
